The costs associated with the notarial process will depend on the service required. For the authentication and notarial certification of documents, we charge according to the tariffs recommended by the Legal practice Council. For the clients that provide us with repeat work in this regard, we supply compelling discounts to show our appreciation for their ongoing support. ​

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:

1. We will first require copies of all documents you require certified or authenticated as well as the details of which country you wish to use these documents in;

2. We will assess the work that needs to be done for each matter and provide you with our quotation and expected turnaround time;

3. Upon receipt of payment of our quote, we will arrange a consultation at which we will notarise the necessary documents;

4. If necessary we will take the documents to have an apostille affixed to the documents at court. 

5. Upon receipt of the apostille, we will submit the documents to DIRCO and the relevant embassy (if necessary);

6. Once all the necessary authentications and certifications have been added to the documents, we will notify you to collect the originals from our office.
